Texas ATF agents engage in open tyranny.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is actively issuing directions banning private sales of guns without licenses at gun shows in Texas, despite there being no law to justify such demands.
A caller to the Alex Jones show brought attention to BATF notices handed out at the entrance of the Texas Gun And Knife Show, on North Lamaar, in Austin this past weekend.
The flyers (pictured below) state that anyone selling a firearm “will be asked to comply with” conditions including operating through a licensed FFL dealer.
The notice also states that “Selling firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted.”
To put this in perspective, this is the federal government barring private citizens from conducting lawful transactions within state lines.
The federal government is limited to keeping regular inter-state commerce (which is a joke in itself considering the abuses of power the federal government engages in under the commerce clause).
Federal agents coming into a municipality and essentially forcing people to undergo federal background checks in order to conduct a private sale of goods is treasonous.
Citizens would be within their rights to arrest federal agents that attempt to enforce such actions against them.
All police are barred from enforcing laws that don’t exist. A sworn officer can not simply make up a law and enforce it. This is criminal felonious behavior and is punishable by the courts.
Know your rights.
