Haveing been a food supplier and first hand seen some of nastiest back room storage or walk in ref box, I wounder how much their paying L & I off and why more people arn’t sick or maybe they didn’t put it together when they did get sick a few days later. NOT all are this way. I think  it comes down to pride in yourself and your standards. Instead of burning insense and makeing a fast dollar. GO GORDON!!!!

My 87 year old mother sees 3 licensed medical professionals.  None of them talks to each other.  All of the prescribe medicines (9 in all).  One of the medicines has documented side effects including depression and memory loss.  Another is an anti-depressive with wicked withdrawl effects.  None…and I mean none…of the three medical professionals saw any problem with any of the medicines, or with taking my mother off of the anti-depression medicine ‘cold turkey.’  The result was an ill, depressed, absent minded woman who just a few months ago was driving a car, doing other people’s insurance paperwork, and researching the family geneology.  Two minutes on Google revealed the side effects.  Yet one of the licensed medical providers insisted the anti-depressant is perfectly safe to get on and get off  because it is ‘fast acting.’  OMG!  Their licenses meant only that we were lulled into a false sense of security about their professional judgement, when in fact their licenses just made it too easy to accept their incredible incompetence.  

It would have been much better if we had remained completely suspicious of every decision so we could have prevented the terrible pain and depression our mother had to endure.
