The founders debated whether or not to add the Bill of Rights to the constitution due to fear that leaders would later interpret these as individuals only rights. In a free society only actions which effect the rights and freedoms of individuals other than oneself, may be brought into question from a legal standpoint. This way the above mentioned, clown of a judge, would not be able to emphasize that it is about “fundamental rights”. Natural rights ARE fundamental rights, and include all things which do not interfere with the freedoms or property of other individuals.

The Constitution is a limit on the GOVERNMENT not a limit on the people,  somehow over the last 100years (accelerated over the last 50) that has been flipped by the courts.
