The cartoon is from Crozier’s book U. S. Money vs. Corporation Currency.

To be clear, the National Reserve Association was from the Aldrich plan, the Republican proposal which was defeated. The Democratic plan, after Wilson was elected, became the Federal Reserve system. The Federal Reserve differs in several ways, including having 12 regional banks instead of one and having more control of the banks by the Federal government. Crozier didn’t like the Federal Reserve Act much better, though.

    Just one instance of a “plan” to redistribute from the productive to the unproductive (entitled). The form of the “plan” is irrelevant. It is the mere fact of stealing from the productive, by any means that collapses civilizations. Easily PROVEN:
