IF the U. S. Military was at home in a series of forts ringing our nation’s
borders, with the tools they now have without adding a single new system, backed
up by the National Guard, which is, in turn, backed up by 80 – 100 million gun
owners, what would be the chance of invading and subjugating this nation?  Try
zero…yes…ZERO.  Even the Japs in WWII had no desire to attack mainland U.
S., knowing they would have to fight from house to house across an entire
continent, rightly deducing this is nothing more than a fool’s errand.  Seems
the Japs of 65+ years ago were a hell of a lot smarter than we are today…and a
lot less foolish.

Now comes a “defensive” aircraft to the tune of $208 MILLION bucks a
piece.  Is this a defensive NEED?  Before you say yes, remember a bunch of ill
equipped, essentially untrained people have denied us victory in Afghanistan and
Iraq with NO air force, navy, nukes, ICBM’S, smart bombs, predators, etc. 

Does having heart and hatred of an occupying force have an effect greater
than anything else?  It has been shown over and over again that such is, indeed,
the case.  We should learn this lesson, bring the troops home and quit feeding
the hog that has only managed to garner hatred against us and a will to do us in
ultimately. 

There is no denying there are bad characters across the planet requiring
nations to defend themselves from the threats the bad guys pose.  This is the
purpose of the military.  It would be better to truly defend ourselves against
them, than be the biggest such bad guy on the planet, as we now are.
