I consider my neighbors to be my actual neighbors. Not people two blocks over. Anyway even after my neighbor stole my trash cans I went over and looked at his computer for free. He wanted me to do a couple of hours of labor to fix the issue his way. I thought why should I do all this work for free when I wouldn't fix my computer that way, so I didn't.
I instructed him to operate the computer the way I would and I went home. (I did tell him to call if he had any trouble.) He never spoke to me again. Years later I was thinking I would really like it if they just moved out and nice people moved in. Within two days the moving trucks showed up and they moved.
