Isn’t it ironic that most of these ridiculous breeches of personal liberty seem to occur in the south? The patriotic bible belt which prides itself on promoting our american freedoms. What you are actually witnessing is what can happen when the politics of part of our nation move too far to the RIGHT (these are all red states), as what has already happened in history when a nation is usurped by a LEFT wing totalitarianistic regime! Make no mistake. There exists BOTH left and right wing facism!

The danger is not the night spent in jail, but the overwhelming tipping of the justice scales giving these armed thugs the ability to exercise any authority they deem appropriate with no repercussions. I hardly call going to jail for an evening dangerous. Sure, getting arrested for oversalting a burger is a tad ridiculous, but the language “You are not safe. You are in great danger” is a tad alarmist.

An overreaction similar to, say, the police officer’s, no?
