What happens now?

Is what you are suggesting somehow worse than what we have now?

Of course, it is ridiculous to think that security services in a competitive market would be able to make so much money that they could simply not need customers anymore.

Is Brinks Security worth so much that they could go 100 years without another customer payment?

What happens when these institutions make so much wealth they don't need your contributions to stay in business. What happens when they have enough wealth to stay in business for 100 years without another contribution.
My opinion on the matter is keep it so simple anyone can understand the law. Throughout history the best nations always had simple laws. The constitution is simple. State constitutions are fairly simple. The civil code is a nightmare. Tax code is a nightmare. Vague is a good way to describe many laws or codes. It's said not knowing the law is no excuse. I would say that only benefits the people making them. I doubt anyone in this country knows all the laws.

If people don't like how a particular institution is running things, either the insurance companies, courts, or security services, they have the option of DEFUNDING them directly through discontinued use.

When government does those things, they have a gun to your head. Thus, you have no choice but to continue funding services that are tyrannical when the state is operating them.

There are a couple of reasons I might want an arbitration over a jury trial. I am not sure I would want arbitration for all legal matters.
What happens when the insurance companies figure out they have all the power over society? The big companies refuse to deal with small ones. When they start to agree on laws nobody likes?
