The fact that she would have an issue with something as benign as not wanting potential children to attend public school then her proceeding to throw stuff indicates that you’re way better off without her.

I personally have had poor luck in the past with girlfriends however I met my recent girlfriend over a year ago at the Mises Institute and we are both Anarcho-Capitalists with the same interests, goals, and principles. It’s the best relationship in my life and we are planning on getting married already. The one thing I would advise you to do is to stick it out and wait to meet a libertarian woman. There are definitely few but it’s worth it in the end. I’ve seen personal friends lose marriages and children because of having crazy statist partners.

On a side note, I live in Southern California as well. Feel free to add me on FB and maybe we can talk Austrian Business Cycle Theory sometime like all the cool kids do!

Choosing a partner on the basis of political philosophy is not necessarily the way to go. There is a certain amount of compromise in any relationship, but if your woman loves, trusts and respects you, and you her, disagreements about things like public schools and vaccines can be resolved without rancor. You might do better with someone who will listen to you and who does not have strongly held political beliefs of her own.

Try this quick test when you start dating to weed out the undesirables.

Ask them 4 simple questions over the appetizer.

1) Do you watch network TV?
2) Do you believe Vaccines help children?
3) Who did you vote for?
4)What schools would you like for your kids to attend?

1) if she answers yes to this question get up and leave the restaurant without saying a word…… or take her home for a 1 night stand and never call her again.

2) if she answers yes to this question pull out your conceal carry (you’d be dumb not to have one) and shot her squarely between the eyes….or take her home for a 1 night stand and never call her again. ( My son has Autism, he was ‘normal’ until he received the MMR Vac)

3)If she answers yes (that she voted) to this question. Take a steak knife off of the table and cut her heart out, place it on your plate and stab it as many times as you can. Look up all of her relatives and do the same to them….or take her home for a 1 night stand and never call her again.
Because anyone who has not accepted the fact that most major elections are predetermined and your vote in merely a symbolic jester, needs to be killed at once and there gene pool needs to be wiped from the planet..

See a Pattern?

Although we have the Exact same view on the issues you listed in your piece I do differ on opinion on the whole libertarian label. You see ‘in my mind’ the term libertarian implies that I’m political in nature. Which is impossible as I do not recognize politics as a profession or a means to democracy or as anything other then a fictional piece of work from days gone by (yeah, like a book). I do not watch, participate in nor do I acknowledge it as real. Kinda like most folks view of ufo’s…

Anyway good luck and you might want to date younger as they don’t yet have all these hangups you mention and they will normally adjust there views based on logic rather then Fox and Friends.
