They are negotiable instruments. As far as I know the guy signing the individual notes owes the federal reserve not me. I would even argue that the entire endeavor is usury and fraud because the notes to repay the debt are never printed. Also the states created the federal government so it’s their problem. They should be controlling their creation not the other way around.
