However he did ask for permission by applying for a permit. The problem is he contracted with the local officials. Once they gave him permission there were in a position to take that permission away. Now had that permit expired I would argue the court has no jurisdiction on my private property. I have unalienable rights, so many rights in fact, they are too many to list. The state cannot take away anything from me without compensation.
I suppose they could still take away my propriety however it would show without a doubt they have become a tyranny. I would without a doubt take it to a jury.
How does the state justify laying claim to rainwater? I mean if your not on the water grid or the water grid fails is everyone just supposed to die? What will they lay claim to next? The air? The sunlight?
