Droll thing life is– that mysterious arrangement of merciless logic for a
futile purpose. The most you can hope from it is some knowledge of
yourself– that comes too late– a crop of inextinguishable regrets.

Want to know why people kill each other? Want to know why this world is so messed up that even some of its so-called perfect places still end up in chaos? I can give you an easy answer right now, but it’s entirely up to you to believe me or not.

The easy answer is….sin. What else could cause so much of pain, suffering, and senseless violence in this present world? In Romans 5:12 (KJV) “Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:” Again, it’s up to you to believe either Bible is true or not. We’re all born with sinful nature, and that is the humankind’s biggest problem, we are our own worst enemy.

That is why God sent Christ to this world, Romans 5:15 (KJV), “But not as the offence, so also [is] the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, [which is] by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.” Without Christ, we are mere sinners, and sadly, this present world has for most part rejected the free gift of God, that is to believe on the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, acknowledging that you are a lost sinner in need of redemption through Christ, whose blood was shed on the Cross for all of our sins, and rose from the dead on the third day. You are condemned to suffer eternal fire, because sin cannot enter the kingdom of God, Galatians 5:21 (KJV), “Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told [you] in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.” Nothing in this present world can help you. Nothing. Nobody is able to help you except for Christ, 1 Peter 1:18 (KJV), “Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, [as] silver and gold, from your vain conversation [received] by tradition from your fathers;”

However, God made man for His fellowship and has grand plans for all of us, but we do have free will. Therefore, we have to decide on whether to accept Christ as our personal Savior or not. Romans 10:9-10, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.”

That’s the best answer I can give you. Like I said, it’s entirely up to you to believe me or not.
