The US, this year, became an oil exporting country again for the first time since 1949 and the new oil reserves surpass even Saudi reserves making the US the nation with the most known oil reserves. It seems to me that most of the financial doomsayers are overlooking this important factor.

Prices are factually UP by 19% from a year ago. Houses For Sale have now gone from 48 days on market to less than 30 days for houses under the $100k mark. It now makes sense to get back into the rehab house game…. of which I am doing. While I agree with most everything Peter says, the claim that it cannot re-inflate, well, its happening.
