Asking the State to act in a just manner is counter to it’s purpose. The purpose of the State is not to defend the ideal of ‘justice’, but rather to destroy. If you derived your “income” from theft, you too would not care about “justice”. A “judge” can’t simply say the “law” is unjust and dismiss the case. Any “judge” who did so would quickly find themselves without a job. The secret about “judges” is they are usually “lawyers” who can’t make it in the field of “law”. A skilled “lawyer” generates hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Who in their right mind would trade making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for making a hundred or two hundred thousand a year? Only those who “failed” at being a “lawyer”.

The problem with “suing” the “State Milk Board” is akin to shooting yourself in the foot and then cursing the gun for pain you inflicted upon yourself. The “State Milk Board” is an entity that derives it’s existence upon the theft of “public”. If someone were to “win” a case against the “State Milk Board”, the money that would be transferred from the “State Milk Board” is the same money that “public” “paid” it in the first place. You would, in essence, be given the money you already “paid” to the “State Milk Board”. Any excess that you received would be stolen money, and then you would be no different, in principle, than the “State Milk Board”.

How can you resolve a conflict between you and your neighbor when the entity you seek resolution from exists only by the means of created conflict. In other words, when the “judge” is paid by the “public”, the “prosecution” is paid by the “public”, the twelve people “judging” you are paid by the “public”, do you honestly believe that the “court” you stand in will be fair and just?
