Often the problem with juries is that they are ignorant of their role in the "judicial process". They are told by the State that they must judge the person according to the "law", irregardless of the 'justnesss' of the law. If the law is unjust, as it is in this case, you will be found guilty by your peers because they lack any understanding of 'law'. No amount of payment to a "lawyer" can change this fact. Further, it is difficult to get "justice" from twelve people who are forced by the threat of violence to be there in the first place.

Asking the State to act in a just manner is counter to it's purpose. The purpose of the State is not to defend the ideal of 'justice', but rather to destroy. If you derived your "income" from theft, you too would not care about "justice". A "judge" can't simply say the "law" is unjust and dismiss the case. Any "judge" who did so would quickly find themselves without a job. The secret about "judges" is they are usually "lawyers" who can't make it in the field of "law". A skilled "lawyer" generates hundreds of thousands of dollars a year. Who in their right mind would trade making hundreds of thousands of dollars a year for making a hundred or two hundred thousand a year? Only those who "failed" at being a "lawyer".

The problem with "suing" the "State Milk Board" is akin to shooting yourself in the foot and then cursing the gun for pain you inflicted upon yourself. The "State Milk Board" is an entity that derives it's existence upon the theft of "public". If someone were to "win" a case against the "State Milk Board", the money that would be transferred from the "State Milk Board" is the same money that "public" "paid" it in the first place. You would, in essence, be given the money you already "paid" to the "State Milk Board". Any excess that you received would be stolen money, and then you would be no different, in principle, than the "State Milk Board".

How can you resolve a conflict between you and your neighbor when the entity you seek resolution from exists only by the means of created conflict. In other words, when the "judge" is paid by the "public", the "prosecution" is paid by the "public", the twelve people "judging" you are paid by the "public", do you honestly believe that the "court" you stand in will be fair and just?

I'm sympathetic to Morningland Dairy and their supporters, but the entire focus of the video is wrong. It seeks to demonize those enforcing the judgement and not the judgement itself. Did the dairy get their day in court? If so, why could they not get the jury and judge to side with them? If Morningland has not had their day in court, they should get an attorney like a pit bull and sue the Missouri State Milk Board into tatters. A more productive video would put cameras into the faces of the Milk Board and their cronies and see if they can say anything that makes sense.
