Gordon Ramsay’s Ultimate Cookery Course S01E06

Update: So I decided to make the homemade tortilla chips and the black bean dip.  Holy mother of god those chips took a lot of work.  By work, I mean hours of sweat dripping down your back as you pound and roll dough into tortillas.  I’m never making my own tortilla chips again!  It’s much easier just to fry some store bought tortillas.

The bean dip was quite good.  I recommend adding salt and doubling the pepper.  It just didn’t have enough kick for my tastes, but it was still pretty damn good.  I made the dip in under 15 minutes.  The tortillas took several hours.

Please excuse me while I use this news site as my own personal recipe book.  I think you’ll enjoy it anyways 😉  The following recipes come from Ramsay’s cooking course.  I took the time to write them down so it’s easier to follow when cooking.  Ramsay simply eyeballs a lot of the ingredients, so I can’t provide exact measurements on many items.
