Labor Force Participation Rate – White Men 20 and Older

The labor force is the sum of employed and unemployed persons. The labor force participation rate is the labor force as a percent of the civilian noninstitutional population.

This is the lowest participation number on record for white males in the United States.  More than one in four US white males over the age of 20 are not working.
