The Shocking Truth About Medical School Training

A recent survey of medical schools revealed that students receive less than 20 hours of training on nutrition over 4 years of medical school education.  Less than 27% of medical school programs offer a single course on nutrition.  This, despite the fact that the number one causes of death and disability in the US are dietary related diseases.

Keep this fact in mind the next time you see doctors pushing animal products as being “healthy.”  Chances are they have virtually no dietary training to back their opinions.
